Background:
Dr. Walsh completed his undergraduate studies in British Columbia before relocating to California to study at Palmer College of Chiropractic West. He graduated as Valedictorian in 1995 and subsequently taught clinical studies at Palmer College during the 1990s.
Licensure, Certifications and Practice Areas:
Dr. Walsh holds an active license to practice chiropractic in California and is certified as an x-ray supervisor and operator through the California Department of Radiology.
A longtime sports and physical endurance participant, Dr. Walsh is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (C.C.S.P.). The American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians confers this designation following completion of a post-graduate program in sports medicine.
Professional Involvement:
Dr. Rob Walsh is currently the Chairperson of Insurance and Industrial Relations for the California Chiropractic Association.
Community Involvement:
Dr. Walsh has volunteered numerous hours to high school sports teams as their on-field team doctor and continues to provide services to the Ballistic United Soccer League.
Personal:
His hobbies include cycling, scuba diving, golfing, hiking and cooking. Dr. Walsh lives in Dublin with his wife Christine and their three feline and canine companions.
